In a contract concerning the renovation of a couple of electricity generators, the consortium to which the contract has been awarded makes the following comment regarding the "pivot combiné: "Dans une structure de groupe de type parapluie, il n'est pas indispensable de réaliser une isolation du pivot-palier inférieur car dans le cas très improbable de circulation d'un **courant d'arbre**, celui-ci se referme directement par le balai de mise à la terre de l'arbre et en aucun cas par le pivot-palier dont la résistance ohmique est beaucoup plus élevée par la présence du film d'huile. En conséquence cette isolation n'est pas prévue dans l'offre de xxx".
