Yes, that's why I suggested the idea of 'excluded from the stand power supply' — it is common to have a (sometimes metered) power supply, sometimes quite heavy-duty, but it sounds as if the most basic stand lighting will be supplied as part of the stand rental, and not counted in the main supply. This certainly makes sense from the way many large exhibitions are organized.

can be many things, from neutrons to light to rail passengers, but in this case just might, conceivably, refer to electron flux, ie current flow, ie electrical connections (or absence of, in this case). 12m^2 presumably refers to the area illuminated by the spots, but I can't see how "hors flux" would refer to light here. Not clear at all.

Yes indeed! But at the same time, in the last couple of days we have ahd several instances where an asker had left out a small amount of vital information that subsequently came to light, and changed everything.
Very often, it isn't anything obvious, but just an accumulation of clues one puts together from reading the whole doc.
As you say, in this instance, a question to the customer seems the only safe way out.

Context is often in short supply on these forums, which, in many cases, is the very reason why the questions come up in the first place. I have gone through the entire document with a fine-toothed comb and can find no other clues or even remote references. It looks like one for the client.

I share your suspicion and think that this might be a misuse of the word "flux" and confusion about the meaning of "flux lumineux". Note that there is no mention of actual spots mounted on the track. This makes me wonder whether the absent spots are the "flux" that are not supplied in the package.

Seems to be a general spec stating carpet, partitions and one rail of spotlights for each 12 square meters of trade show booth area that is dedicated to displays (excludes the traffic areas in the booth - the flow). This is a guess, of course.

Possible means outside the area where visitors are 'flowing' through, so they don't get burned.
