This is part of a neon tube electrical system but I can't find a good English equivalent. It's from a lighting catalogue which shows an electronic component. I think it's the combination of the ballast (Ballasts électroniques) and the starter, but a Google search shows images of the complete lighting unit. If anyone can clear this up I'd be grateful.

A 'réglette' is a striplight (but that's rather everyday language) — if the context is obviously fluorescents, you may not need to add that. In professional language, 'fitting' or 'luminaire' may be more suitable — neither specifies that it is a linear device (as the FR does), so it may or may not be necesssary to specify that, depending on the surrounding context.

As for 'électronic', you're quite right, it refers to the fact that the 'ballast' is electronic rather than simply a choke. Again, depending on your surrounding context, you may be able to 'telegraph' the language back down again.
