"L’Entrepreneur fournira un ***programme des études*** d’exécution des ouvrages précisant les hypothèses de base utilisées pour la réalisation de celles-ci, conformément aux dispositions de l’article III.2. du CCTP.

the multiple meanings of "étude" are so open-ended, I'm at al loss... could it be, "the engineering schedule," "the analysis schedule," "the survey schedule,"?? Any clues from the context?
