Botany / Flower colour
French term or phrase: flammé (here)
In a cyclamen catalogue, listing colours of varieties. Example of context: "Saumon flammé.
Couleur très attendue qui complète la gamme des flammés XXX® en se joignant au violet et au magenta." I know that a fabric described as "flammé" is slubbed, and that the word can describe a kind of marbled effect in clay, but any ideas how you could describe this effect in flowers? What about using the word "marbled"? Thanks in advance for any help.
