In this context, what is 'local'. It's a report on safety and environmental practices, a report on monthly mold detection and decontamination in facilities. When they refer to 'local' is it premises, location, facilities?

Asker: I hadn't done this specific type of document, so i thought that saying "at room level" sounds better. But when the number is involved it's "Premises 297"? If that's the form, then fine...it appears multiple times so I have to be consistent of course.
