self-catering

Explanation:
De Engelse uitdrukking "self-catering" wordt in het Nederlands doorgaans niet vertaald (als je het toch wilt doen kun je er bijv. "zelf-verzorging" van maken). Uit diverse contexten blijkt dat "gestion libre" inderdaad een van de Franse equivalenten is van "self-catering" (er zijn er meer, bijvoorbeeld "indépendant avec cuisine").

Explanation:
Kan er hier niet zoiets als dit bedoeld worden, alleen logies maar dat er verder niks gregeld is qua ontbijt e.d. en dat je verder alles zelf verzorgt?

Asker: dat dacht ik inderdaad ook, maar ik vroeg me af of hier een Nederlandse term voor bestond i.p.v. enkel een beschrijving
