zie uitleg Explanation: De oude Franse manier om champagneflessen te openen is door de kurk te "sabelen". Dan wordt de fles in de linker hand gehouden, schuin gekanteld, en slaagt de "sabreur" mer één slag de kurk van de fles. Dat somes wat meer dan de kurk meevliegt is legio, maar er zijn echte experten op dit vlak. Sabrer l'événement wil dan eigenlijk zeggen (de fles ontkurken... dus...)
