Cette personne est, entre autres, proposée à la radiation d'office, etc.
C'est donc un risque encouru parce qu'elle n'a pas par exemple déclaré sa nouvelle adresse après une absence de x temps de son domicile dans la commune. Celle-ci lui laisse une chance de se conformer aux règlements de la commune en matière d'état civil.
Le lien d'explication que je propose concerne la radiation d'office en matière de registre commercial, mais c'est un peu similaire pour des causes différentes
