"Deze dading zal derhalve gelden *tot slot van alle rekeningen* niets uitgezonderd of voorbehouden tenzij voor wat betreft de schulden of vorderingen die hun ontstaan rechtstreeks ontlenen aan de dading zelf."

This expression appears in a deed of partition (akte van verdeling). I've rated this as non-pro, for this reminds me of 'per slot van rekening', and I wouldn't be surprised if this is the Flemish variant. I think that is what is meant here. There are quite a few hits on Google with this exact phrase such as:

Explanation:
This settlement/compromise shall be in force untill the winding up of all accounts and shall exclude or bar nothing (shall cover all accounts).

"Niets uitgezonderd of voorbehouden" refers to "alle rekeningen" imho.
