statements Explanation: It sounds like "stellingen" are the actual statements proposed to the audience, which they would vote on. It is quite possible that this term has been adopted to describe the entire event as well, but that is a little difficult to judge by the amount of context given. If it is the actual event, I don't think there is an easy, concise term for it, in which case you might quote it as a "fixed term" and provide a brief explanation? I would personally discuss this with the client. |
