slow-cooked beef Explanation: In this context, I'd say that it's either slow-cooked beef or pulled beef, depending on the consistency. Or even just "tender". Basically, my understanding is that "ylikypsä" (when advertised as such) meat is cooked in slow oven/smoking oven until tender. Although a literal translation, "overcooked" would be a negative description, bringing to mind dry meat, and I'm not sure you could use "overripe" for meat products. |
