Commuter belt is very much related to commuting, so if you know it's about this, go ahead. But I understand "commuter belt" more like "pääkaupunkiseutu" or "Suur-Lontoo" or smth like that.

(BTW "etäisyysvyöhykke" should be "etäisyysvyöhyke"
