اروپا در آن زمان در قرون وسطی و وحشی گری زندگی می کرد. سابقه نوع حکومتی که پیغمبر(ص ) آورد اصلا وجود نداشت . قدرتها بودند اما براساس زور و با تبعیض و فساد و تحمیل خواسته های خودشان مردم را مطیع خودشان کرده بودند. اما پیغمبر و اسلام این راه را بست مبنای سازمانی انسانی جامعه پیغمبر جامعه مدینه این بود که تربیت مومن عالم متخلق به اخلاق الهی است و این سرمایه اصلی بود . از لحظه ای که در آسمان باز شد بعد از ۵۰۰ سال که بسته بود برروی بشر جبرئیل آمد در حرا و اولین کلمات خدا را بر قلب پیامبر نشاند معیارها برای پیامبر و کسانی که بعد از او بودند روشن بود
