Considering/referring to/regarding/observing an obligatory act as permissible/permitted Explanation: امر امام در اينجا دلالت بر وجوب ندارد، بلکه اباحه و جواز را براي مکلّف به دنبال دارد http://lib.qhu.ac.ir/n2120-e25371-p162.html |

consider/take something as permissable/permitted rather than obligatory Explanation: I think this needs the extra words to make it fully clear in English. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2015-01-11 17:12:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I see Hesam's point. But I think my English sentence does not mean "either/or". It means the basic position refers to an act/action "you must do", but that it can be also considered something "you can do, but it is not necessary" |
