اين نوشته مروري است بر کتابي با عنوان « علوي گري در آناتولي در قرن شانزدهم» از صائم ساواش که انتشارات وادي در سال 2002 ضمن 250 صفحه آن را منتشر کرده است.
نويسنده پنجاه ساله اين کتاب استاد دانشگاه جمهوريت در رشته تاريخ است. کارهاي او بيشتر روي منطقه سيواس در دوره عثماني است.
اين نويسنده، پيش از اين، دو کتاب ديگر چاپ کرده است: يکي در باره زاويه علي بابا در سيواس با عنوان يک تاريخ اجتماعي و ديني (استانبول 1992) و ديگري با نام از اويسيه تا بکتاشيه کتاب جبار قولي (استانبول 1997).
