If you search the web for matthiola, you will see that it has several types. Wikipedia has a "matthiola longipetala," which it calls also "night-scented stock" or "evening stock." As the name indicates, this one seems to be our شب بو. Also, you may search the Internet for both images for شب بو and evening stock to compare the results.
