How can you start rewriting such a flawed sentence if you don't have the source? IMO, you risk ending up with perfect English which has a different meaning from the author's intention. You can certainly suggest rewrites but without the source, or access to the author's thoughts if it's original copy, you can't actually make such fundamental edits.

Yes, I'm afraid a LOT of re-writing is still required.

I don't think the original is missing a 'but also' ('but' is a word to be avoided in marketing!) — I think they just got muddled up in mid-edit, since it starts "KGIE which is not only..., is a..."

The grammatical non sequitur could equally have been resolved by adding 'it': "KGIE, which is not only..., it is..."


Either way, the whole text need serious work from the hand of a native speaker of EN in order to make something of a silk-ish purse out of this particular sow's ear.

Given that the English tend to see inunendo everywhere, "our attentive staff will satisfy all your needs at all times" is likely to provoke some hilarity.

I rewrote it this way, but you are right, it needs to be done by a native speaker.

This whole text should have been translated and checked by native speakers of English. We can tell you that "is" should be replaced by "but", but there are lots of other mistakes in this paragraph alone. I feel sorry for this customer.
