I was asked to review this text, and I think something is wrong here.

"Indulge and enjoy the best of this fascinating destination as you stay in our lavish facilities, our attentive staff satisfy all your needs at all times, and delight with our signature Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Experience which is not only an upscale service and gourmet cuisine delicacies, is a whole new level of the pampering experience."

I wonder if the use of "but also" is correct here:

"...which is not only an upscale service and gourmet cuisine delicacies, BUT ALSO, a whole new level of A pampering experience".

Sincerely, the whole paragraph sounds weird to me.

-> After "experience which is..." at the beginning, I don't think "is" is needed again. But we can both agree that it's a poor translation anyway.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): but also a whole new level of (no 'a' or 'the') pampering experience.

neutral  Sheila Wilson: I'm not so sure. Revisors aren't mind-readers. When a sentence hss multiple issues we really can't start rewriting, not without the source. All we can do is flag it for consideration, and suggest possible rewrites.
