Could somebody please tell me the difference between these two components of rent:
- hydro
- water?

in Canada hydro = electrical energy usage bill
heat = heating costs in this case would likely be for gas or similiar since if it was electrical or hot water heating system the cost would be included in the hydro bill
water = usage usually on meter paid to the municipality utility company

agree  Michael Barnett: In Canada, at least, hydro=electrical. Most of our electricity here is generated by huge hydoelectic projects (dams with generators).
