try out/practise the concepts Explanation: I think "exploring" is implied as it then goes on to say you will discuss what you've found out in a group format -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 mins (2016-05-16 12:13:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I believe that by thinking about and trying to put these concepts into practice, it will help the individuals be better able to discuss these and formulate questions about them when they meet in the clinician-led group -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2016-05-16 12:25:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- You're welcome. Yes, obviously they will be better able to apply the concepts once they are better understood ( after discussion and Q&A) but I think they should try them out in advance. |
