Explanation:
Look at the link, A blower mister is used for misting or blowing a fine mist spray on crops, it can be a back pack or a tractor mounted unit, The back pack in shown in the link. They also use them for gardens and there is a version for use in hospitals, You will see them using them after the Earth Quake in China to stop the spread of diseases.
There is a small one used like a ventilator for personal use, but it is not common. Without the subject matter it is hard to pinpoint your area requirement.
