English term or phrase: utero-tubaric
I can only find this term in papers by Spanish authors. Would like to confirm if its use is acceptable/common in English.
"In mammals, establishing an adequate sperm reservoir in the caudal isthmus and utero-tubaric junction is very important after mounting or AI, as spermatozoa may ascend to the fertilisation site from this reservoir."

tubo-uterine
Explanation:
I wouldn't think so. Articles written by native English speakers (going all the way back to the 1920s!) suggest "tubo-uterine" is more common.

BTW, in humans, this structure is known as the "uterotubal" junction... not sure if it applies in livestock, though!
