lexical addition? adding lexis (vocabulary) Explanation: Asker, first off welcome to Kudoz. But let me say that you really need to realise that you have to give some context if you want us to help you properly...who/what/where/why/how! As it stands your question can only be answered as adding vocabulary. This vocabulary could be newly-coied words or just ecxtra words to expalin a meaning. For example, when translating from English to another language it may be necessary to add additional words so the meaning is not lost. or create new ones You asked about Russian & English so am giving some links http://piglet16.narod.ru/chapterII.html https://books.google.ie/books?id=MbTr3YzVojEC&pg=PA61&lpg=PA... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 hrs (2016-06-10 09:23:13 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://books.google.ie/books?id=LFi2CgAAQBAJ&pg=PA69&lpg=PA... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day11 hrs (2016-06-11 00:02:08 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- No further context? oops! Sorry, just noticed a few typos above: ... newly-coined words or just extra words to explain... |
