I believe in the Agreement there is XXX, who is part of the agreement, and YYY who is the other party of this acquisition agreement. I'm not sure which acquires which, but in this agreement, each party's status, enforceability of one's right, warranties, customary representations are listed clearly to distinguish between the two parties.
