TO someone Explanation: :) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 mins (2009-07-07 13:38:57 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The keyword in the above is "The purchaser is responsible for any taxes that may fall due in respect of renting the property". This means that the purchaser is liable to pay any taxes which arises from the rent, which is considered an income to the purchaser. If the purchaser rents the premises FROM someone, why should he pay the taxes for paying rent to the owner? |
