inclusion of the Content on the Service

So these are the T&Cs for participation in the contest. It's a contract between the organizer and the participants. The Service is participation in the contest, the Content is whatever the participants will create if they can't answer the question. According to these T&Cs, the Content will become part of the Service (inclusion of the Content in the Service) by a certain date. IOW, the participant has to produce the Content (paint a picture, write a song or whatever) and have it ready by a certain date (before the contest - they will not invent it on the spot). It implies transfer of the intellectual rights to the Organizer by a certain date.

all the other terms establish the relations between the entrants and the organiser, and not between the service provider (the organiser, as I understand it) and the customer (the original company). There is no mention that the company contracts this service out.

The contract is between a Customer (company X for whom the Content and the Service are provided) and a Service Provider (company Y, that provides the service). As part of the Service, the Service Provider organizes competitions for the public. These competitions consist in answering questions or creating content (say writing a song). In the end, the entire content is included in the Service (say publication).

Does the competition organiser tell the the entrants to comply with the instructions for the inclusion of the content on the service? Unless I miss the point, it makes no senses.
