Hello, can someone please help me make sense of the sentence below?

The Subscriber agrees when entering into the Application Form to be bound by the laws of the Cayman Islands and in addition to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands **therein subject to which laws** this Application Form shall be governed and interpreted by and construed in accordance with laws of the Cayman Islands.

I think I get the general (according to the laws of the Cayman Islands the Application Form is to be governed etc. in accordance with the laws of the the Cayman Islands) but I don't quite understand what "therein" means in this context... is there a comma missing?
