A friend has asked me for my opinion on this passage, and I'm just checking that I've not overlooked anything and that this really is nonsense. Grateful for your comments:

Terms of payment are net within thirty (30) days from date of invoice for contracts amounting to less than £30,000.
Terms of payment for contracts exceeding £30,000 shall be made according to the following: [so far, so good]
(a) Twenty percent (20%) of the contract value with the contract payable thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
(b) Eighty percent (80%) of the contract value in equal monthly payments over the performance period payable thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
