can you understand this? A change of hands... Explanation: I could be wrong, but from what I can tell from this context, the offer introduced is now being taken over by a new agent. The previous agent to the transaction worked/works under xxxx, who was the Fundation CEO manager. The "Fundation" he worked/works under retains legal representation in business/financial matters. I just looooove (not) all this legal jargon and wording. I can easily get a headache from it all. Who comes up with this stuff anyways? :D |
