sentence re: sentence Explanation: Hi Wiskey, the paragraph seems correct as is and I don't believe it should present any problem of comprehension even by lay person. The only problem may be the term "subsiting", which may be mispelled and I believe should be "subsisting" and which means (existing)the existence or presence of violations to the terms of the lease.You could rephrase it ""This transfer is made with full title guarantee and the land *** transferred, is subject to *** any existing breach of a condition or tenants' obligations in refrence to physical condition of the property, which makes the registering of the lease liable to forfeiture. hope it helps |
