sold Explanation: The disposal of permanent structures means sold, as you thought. Transferred - probably being used by other organisations, or for other purpose. The next sentence is also a clue, saying that temporary structures "shall remain the property of..." so the permanent structures may not remain their property, they may be sold - disposed of. This is a fairly common way of talking about selling off properties belonging to some organisations, like local authorities. The structures are some sort of buildings of course, but you probably know more about it from the rest of the text. |
