Explanation:
1. 'new xxxx 's items' is a rather unlikely construction in English. If 'xxxx's' is supposed to be a plural, the 's should be eliminated or the phrase should be reworded. If it's supposed to be a possessive, it must be reworded.

2. 'and, after all, ...' might well be 'and ultimately...' (depending on the context and intended meaning).

3. 'ameliorate the stand' is more likely 'ameliorate the condition'.

agree  Jack Doughty: I would say "to introduce new items from xxxx. I would say "ultimately to increase" to avoid split infinitive, but that's probably rather pedantic on my part. I agree that "stand" is suspect. OK if it's, say, a market stall. Certainly not "ameliorate"
