"For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence."
This is one of the clauses in the terms and conditions of a certain company. My question may sound silly, but what does this clause mean? Is the company liable for death or is it the opposite?
Thanks
