In France, we do differentiate, your 'milan sofa' type would be a 'clic-clac', but I've never come across a specific name for this type (they used not to be very common in the UK)
What you have there is a different type altogether; it seems to be just hinged foam blocks, these do exist in the UK, but I don't know if they have a special name.
I think Dusty is right, if you want to distinguish between them then one is a pull-out sofa bed, the other is a fold-out sofa bed.

I agree with Can, the problem here is about the convertible frame, not the mattress.

In fact I was planning to ask one more question to find the name, if any, for the sofa bed at http://www.kelebek.com.tr/tr/urunler/diger/koltuk/4443.asp I will ask it in the Turkish English pair, and hope Can Altinbay (a native Turkish speaker) could help :)
As far as I am aware, there is no different term to distinguish the two types in the UK; you might say pull-out or fold-out, but in fact these would probably be closer to what was once called a 'studio couch'
There isn't a lot of difference between them, except where the arms are when opened. That doesn't make them drastically different. In the UK they are also called sofa-beds.
Sofa bed is what I always call these, but I live in the US. Futon is a similar idea, but is distinct. The sofas in the pictures would not be called futons in the US.
Furniture, like computers, is changing each season. It used to be that a sofa bed meant that the sofa seat folded out into a bed, and the sofa back was stationary. Futons used to be metal framed only, etc. Now each product offers consumers many options

To Marybro: I think futons are a bit different, they are close to the floor and different from a sofa
