I am looking for a short phrase that conveys or indicates the above meaning (kind of a "food-equivalent" of page-turner for books). It will be applied to a crispy cassava cracker product. Will tongue-teaser be OK?

Hi. As a native speaker of English, I wouldn't immediately associate tongue teaser with food (or anything, for that matter). I think something along the lines of can't get enough, or maybe once you start (eating), you can't stop. Just my suggestion, though.
