It's a dish! Explanation: Foe Yong Hay (often written in the menu as Puyunghai). Originally this is the deep fried Chinese crab omelette served in sweet and sour sauce, but in its Balinese version the crab meat is replaced with any chopped meat and finely sliced vegetables , mainly cabbage and carrots.
