expressing proportions with the verb "include" increased their social value KPI by 50% Explanation: I would use "increased" instead of "included." About KPI, see http://socialvalueportal.com/kpi-library/ -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 42 mins (2019-06-29 13:42:12 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Correction: its (instead of their) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2019-06-29 14:42:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In view of the objections posed by some colleagues, I think the idea of inclusion can be easily expressed in different ways, for example, by adding a connector. The company increased its social value KPI by 50% besides doing this and that. The company increased its social value KIP by 50%. Additionally, it did this and that. As much as "increase" differ from "include", I would not use "include" because it's a weaker verb! Enough said. |
