Workforce, quality and performance management. The Aspect EQ suite covers it all and is designed to adapt rapidly and cost-effectively to your changing contact center needs."

You could also say something like "workforce productivity enhancement" if you think "workforce optimization" isn't specific enough.

And you should add a translator's note explaining why you've added "workforce".
