English term or phrase: AGY (Driver's License in the Philippines)
What the word/acronym "AGY" means?

It is used in Non-Professional Driver's Licenses in the Philippines.
A lot of pictures can be found with the help of Google, for example, this one:
_http://cdn2.sulitstatic.com/images/2012/0822/01492467_014617...

There it reads as: AGY: G11
In my case it reads as: AGY: D01

Could it mean driver's experience or some test results?

agree  David Moore: With 'agency' I agree, but it's exceedingly unlikely to be any other than a government agency such as the UK's DVLA and all its representations in the counties - the licence even has "G11" as part of its number.

agree  Anna Herbst: Yes, I would assume it is the LTO Agency that issued the licence - as David said, the agency code is reflected in the licence number. http://www.lto.gov.ph/
