English term or phrase: Named Nurse
Dear linguist friends, I want to translate this medical term in Urdu the context is as following:

"During your stay you will have a named nurse as well as two associate nurses responsible for planning your nursing care from admission to discharge."

To be added further, the experts insists to have a named nurse instead of a nurse for special requirements
Web definition is "This is a ward nurse who will have a special responsibility for a patient while they are in hospital." & more authentic is
"A named nurse is a registered nurse allocated to you, on admission to hospital, who will be responsible for planning your nursing care."

نامزد نرس/آیا/دایہ
Explanation:
You can use any of above words for nurse. But I think نرس should be OK and it is widely used in our language.

agree  Qudsia Lone: Or نامزد رجسٹرڈ نرس or رجسٹرڈ نامزد نرس. Don't think using آیا/دایا is correct in given context since it's a specific professional designation called by this name in Urdu speaking world as pointed out by the answerer.

agree  abufaraz: Nurse is correct. IMO, Midwife is used for دایہ and Nanny is used for آیا
