English term or phrase: You translate bad!...
I am constantly sayin to myself: "ти погано переводиш ",no dumayu eto ne sovsem prawilno..Half Russian, half Ukrainian. It is ,actually, a kind of self-reproach or self-recrimination, kind of an inner voice tells me that..and makes me feel real bad...Can anyone tell me how to say it properly?...in Ukrainian, of course!

Ukrainian translation:Кепський у тебе переклад...
Explanation:
Перекладаєш ти поганенько (rather so-so)
Переклад у тебе нікчемний/нікудишній (very bad)
Слабкий/посередній ти перекладач (mediocrity)

Кепський is almost exact synonym of поганий (bad). Кепський bears a slight tint of gibe, or mockery.

gibe (En) = moquerie (Fr)
Mais cette moquerie est plutot bienveillante.

Please read my comments. Rather than "bienveillante", my "self-mockery" is rather malignant...or self-deprecating...'cause I really despise myself because of not being good enough...Perhaps the adj. "Кепський", given your comments, may not be the most suitable...Just guessin'
Anyway, it sounds cool! Dyakuyu! Russ
