які були надані Explanation: Або "що були надані / надавалися" "Same" тут ужито у значенні "згаданий вище". Можна було б розділити речення на два, тобто після "...of this opinion" поставити крапку, а далі - початок нового речення: "Same being tendered..." - "Згадані вище документи надавалися/ були надані на англійській мові..." Але оскільки ціле наведене речення є визначенням для терміну (the «Documents»), який, очевидно, використовується у цій угоді, то його (речення) розривати не варто. Тому й пропоную такі варіанти перекладу. |
