English term or phrase: Faculty
I am translating into Italian a text formerly translated from Ukrainian into English.
I can not understand what they mean with faculties. Maybe some Ukrainian colleague may be helpful. Thanks in advance!

The Company Parties’ holdings can be buildings, faculties, equipment and other material assets, securities, rights to use land, water and other natural resources, as well as buildings, facilities, equipment, and other property rights (including those for intellectual property), cash assets including foreign currency.
