Black liquor is a byproduct of the kraft process, (also known as kraft pulping or sulfate process) during the production of paper pulp. Wood is decomposed into cellulose fibers (from which paper is made), hemicellulose and lignin fragments. Black liquor is an aqueous solution of lignin residues, hemicellulose, and the inorganic chemicals used in the process.

Explanation:
Most of the sources I found use the term siyah likör. I think that is the established term. I found a few sources that use siyah çözelti and/or siyah sıvı. However, I have the impression that siyah sıvı refers to the residue that is left after methanol and certain other chemicals are distilled out of siyah likör. In sum, I would suggest siyah likör as the Turkish translation of black liquor.
