We are doing research on Turkish healthcare system and are looking for the translation to turkish of term 'emergency readmission rate to hospital'.
It's a term describing how many patients had to come back to hospital withing 24 hours of discharge.

In one of the reports received it was translated to english as 'Ratio of Patients Applied to ED with Same Complaint within 24 Hours'. Maybe it was a word to word translation by some Turkish man.

We need to use the term in order to google some information in Turkish google.
