procedure ise, bir sürecin (proc. process olmasın bu arada?) hangi kurallarla işletileceği anlamına geliyor. türkçedeki usul sözcüğü yol, yordam anlamını taşımakla birlikte, kural anlamını taşımıyor, taşısa da, ilinti çok zayıf diye düşünüyorum. özetle, procedure bence Türkçesi olmayan bir sözcük. yerine göre "süreç", yerine göre "kural", yerine göre "esas" olur. bu yüzden doğrudan prosedür denilmesi de bence yanlış değildir.
