It's incomplete and doesn't make any sense. Sözlük means "dictionary" In this case the translation woud be: "Bir sonraki sayfayı ziyaret ederek ilgili sözlük (or yazılım) için sunulan özel tekliflerden yararlanabilirsiniz."
