English term or phrase: room bed

Two new hotels are opening in xxx. My main competing hotel purchaser and I want to secure room allocations at either of these hotels. A competitor approached me to ask whether I would agree that yyy would purchase room beds at Hotel A and that his company would purchase room beds at Hotel B only. Can I do this?
