English term or phrase: ventricular escape
Hej!

Sinus bradycardia often accompanies inferior MI and requires treatment with 500 μg intravenous atropine if the patient develops symptoms such as a heart rate less than 50 bpm, hypotension, chest pain, ventricular escape (late) beats or ventricular ectopic (early) beats.

ventrikulärt ersättnings(slag)
Explanation:
ventricular escape beats => ventrikulära ersättningsslag

The inserted "(late)" seems to be superfluous; I would ditch it.

Note: You forgot the "ectopic" in your translation of "ventricular ectopic (early) beats".

Thank you! I interpret it as both of you agree on "ventrikulärt ersättningsslag" but diasagree on "ventrikulärt extraslag"? I have not found any instances of "ventrikulärt ektopiskt extraslag" so I think I'll stick to the former. Thanks again for your help!

agree  Katarina Kvarnhult: I agree on "ventrikulàrt extraslag". As for the other term I would stick to "Ventrikulàrt extraslag" - VES, as this beat by definition is always premature to the following normal beat and comes from a focus that is not the sinoatrial node: see links above
