Någon överviktsprincip kan emellertid därvid inte tillämpas på så sätt att det går att döma den, vilkens skuld framstår som mer sannolik än den andres; för fällande dom krävs fortfarande att det skall vara ställt utom allt rimligt tvivel att den tilltalade är skyldig till brottet.
